I today focus my time on the training and development of our colleagues, ensuring the quality of our service and keeping on top of new advances in the industry. When possible I still love a day “on the tools” particularly on interesting tree jobs!

Mark Hodder

Mark has over 25 years experience in Customer Service industries.  Passionate in providing holistic customer service experience provided by companies customer service, Mark’s Leadership in this field delivers best practices and service excellence to consumers, whilst developing the business and colleagues.

Marks key skills and experience include development and implementation of Human Resource processes, compliance, employee relations, regulations, performance management, Health & Safety, recruitment, coaching, business strategy, and entrepreneurial flare.

Likes: Outdoors with the family, Walking with my Dog, The Coast, Keeping Fit, Cooking, DIY, Cars, Favourite Colour – Purple.

Andy Rossiter - Director - Grounds Maintenance

Andy Rossiter

Having spent time in Retail Management positions, I joined the family business. My primary role is to ensure our operations run as smoothly as possible, adapting to our clients changing needs throughout the year. I also take charge of our operational development through a system of continuous improvement.
